This report will include:

- Soil type
- Local topography
- Access
Once the report has been understood by you, the client, a course of action will be approved by both parties, and only then will action be taken, using the latest techniques and equipment.
All building structures require to be serviced. These services include roads, sewers, and water supply. Stormwater, as do contaminated sites, must be properly dealt with in the current environmental climate. Roads have to be fit for the vehicle types.
